Coffee Reading

Coffee reading — tasseography — is the practice of reading the shapes left by the grounds at the bottom and sides of a cup. The tradition is centuries old; today it fits in your pocket.

bakfal recognises the grounds in your cup, marks each figure it finds and explains what every one of them means, in your own language. No appointment, no waiting for a reader.

How it works

1. Turn the cup overFinish your coffee, turn the cup upside down on its saucer and let it cool so the grounds spread.
2. Take a photoLift the cup and photograph the inside. Good light means a sharper reading.
3. Read your fortunePick your reader and let the interpretation come. Every figure is marked and explained separately.
